What data this site publishes
China AI Hub publishes structured reference data on China's AI ecosystem: model specifications, pricing, benchmark results, company and agent relationships, and API capabilities. Every record is sourced, date-stamped, and carries a verification status. The same facts are served two ways, which are covered below.
Main site vs Data Hub
The project splits content across two properties on purpose, to keep analysis and data separable:
| Property | Role | Content |
|---|---|---|
Main sitesinoaihub.com | Editorial authority | Why / what it means / analysis — entity pages, comparisons, guides, research |
Data Hubdata.sinoaihub.com | Reference layer | What is known / exact data / evidence — machine-readable entity records |
Every Data Hub record links back to its canonical main-site page, and the two layers are kept in agreement by automated cross-checks. The Data Hub is not a second blog: it carries facts and evidence, while interpretation lives on the main site.
Licensing and reuse
- Original text, analysis and the data structure are the project's intellectual property.
- Short excerpts may be quoted with attribution and a link.
- Bulk scraping or wholesale republishing of the database is not permitted without permission.
- Model names, benchmark names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
- The Data Hub publishes machine-readable reference records for research use; see its pages for applicable terms.
These terms mirror the Terms of Use, which govern the whole site.
Update frequency
Data changes on three cadences, and staleness is shown to the reader rather than hidden:
- Weekly (light) — re-verify pricing and status for the top models and providers.
- Monthly (full) — crawl all monitored targets and apply validated change proposals.
- Event-driven — major releases, price cuts or license changes trigger a proposal within 24 hours; the news section logs these triggers.
A last_verified date is shown on every record. Under 30 days counts as current;
30–90 days is flagged "may be outdated"; over 90 days is marked prominently for verification
before reliance. See the methodology for how verification works.
Source principles
Data is gathered from official sources first, then high-quality technical sources, then major media, then community — in that order, and community sources never carry a critical fact alone. The full hierarchy and the eight-field evidence record are documented in the methodology page.
Corrections
Data errors are corrected through a public process with a written record — see the corrections policy.
